As Mr.Khengsak Udomsin grew a lot of fresh fruits as agriculturalist, he thought of selling them all. Instead of selling well, there were too many of fruits got forced the price down, got rotten or got to changed to be a compost. These problems troubled him and he was looking for the solution to figure these out.
He thought of making a fruit jam, but there are too many of competitors. Then he thought of preserved in syrup fruit, but it was not his expertise. So, he sought out the new process to transform his fruits. “What is the best solution to preserve fruits without discard of the nutrient, scent, color and taste?” As the result of research, he found out the “Vacuum Frying” which fulfilled all of his requirements. Vacuum Frying could transform various kinds of ripe-fruits without adding of any sugar or salt, this way of preservation is the best and healthy way to solve all of the problems.
At first, he got only one of Vacuum Fryer, 4 workers (Mr.Khengsak, his wife and 2 workers). For the fruits, he used from Jitniyom Garden and from his neighborhoods for a transformation. After that, he founded the Nongprong Agriculturalist Housewives Group on 16th August 2003 run by Mrs.Rungarun Udomsin as president and Mr.Khengsak as supervisor. The group became well-knew and there were other housewives groups and other provincial leaders came for observation of our group which Mr.Khengsak was gladly informed them a useful knowledge.
After founded the Nongprong Agriculturalist Housewives Group, there were 4-5 workers came to work on alternate each day, one Vacuum Fryer, lack of proper tools. We used only knife to cut and slice the materials. In 2004, we participated in “OTOP Product Champion 2004” and we won the 5 stars OTOP awards. Yet, we joined the “OTOP City 2004” which earned positive feedback from domestic and overseas clients. From the feedback, we got many orders from clients whom we couldn’t fulfill their demands of 2000kgs container of products because of our mini-productivity with small factory, couple of freezers that could contain less than 100kgs of materials. So, we had got many refusals from the clients and that troubled Mr.Khengsak.

In 2005, Mr.Khengsak decided to expand the factory and named it “Fruit Tech Co., Ltd.” to afford the clients’ demand. In this chance, we standardized our factory and it is certified by GMP and HACCP. Yet, we received the investment support from the BOI and installed the machine to accelerate our productivity.
In 2006, we proudly earned the “Prime Minister’s Export Award (PM award)” from the Department of Export Promotion. This honorable award showed us our success of the previous 2 years. And in September Mr.Khengsak was voted to be the “National Progressive Profession Leader”.
In 2007, we submitted our product to Marketing Organization for Farmers to be a candidate in Olympic Game China and we got the “First Place Winner Award” for Vacuum Fried Longan and “Runner-Up Award” for Vacuum Fried Jackfruit, Pineapple and Banana. Then all of the winning products were submitted to China and all of them earned “Olympic Game China Award”
